5. Zigong Yuanda Enterprise Co.,Ltd

　　Zigong Yuanda Enterprise Co.,Ltd was the first company established by Yuanda Group in 1994. With registered capital of RMB14.60 million and current assets amounting to RMB50.13 million, it is mainly engaged in development and construction of real estate, roads and bridges. After the establishment of the company, after sufficient study of real estate market of Fushun County, the company decided to develop and construct East Lake Commercial City and East Artery Road of Fushun County, and it was the first case ever of real estate developed in groups in the locality. After two years’ hard work, a real estate development and construction project with an investment of over RMB 80 million has been completed, which covered a land area of over 100mu and a construction area of 120,000sqm, resulting in very good economic benefits and boosting the whole real estate market of Fushun County.
